Jerry is a Principal of BASIS Real Estate. Prior to forming BASIS with Ryan, he started T3 Development Partners after managing the leasing and development of Brandicorp’s operations for five years. Previously, Jerry worked for 15 years at Duke Realty as Vice President of Leasing and Development, where he was responsible for business development, acquisitions, dispositions, and managing the operations of the Cincinnati Office and Industrial groups. Jerry has been responsible for the leasing and development of several million square feet of real estate in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Jerry is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Ryan Lucas is a Principal of BASIS Real Estate with more than 15 years of multi-faceted commercial real estate and finance industry experience in acquisitions, operations, dispositions, development and capital management. Ryan’s expertise has been applied to office, retail, hotel and other property types across the United States.
Prior to co-founding BASIS, Ryan held various roles in which he oversaw portfolio operations, executed asset-level strategic plans, managed debt and capital management for a premier value-add commercial real estate private equity firm with more than $500 million in assets; managed non-performing CMBS assets for a leading special servicer; and originated more than $700 million of construction, acquisition and multi-bank syndicated commercial real estate balance sheet loans for large national banks.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and concentrations in Real Estate and International Business with a Business Certificate in Spanish.
